• Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age to reserve the cottage. Guests under 25 are welcome when accompanied by a responsible adult throughout their stay. 
• Well-behaved pets are welcome with prior approval and a pet fee. Please contact the Concierge before your arrival for details. 
• The Cottages by the Bay is a smoke-free property. For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property. 
• To help preserve the peaceful atmosphere and exceptional guest experience, we kindly ask that all guests respect our property policies. Failure to do so may result in the reservation being terminated without a refund.
